Dear clients of Columbus Heights Estates, now you can verify your Property Title Ownership directly at the official website of the National Registry of Costa Rica by just following these simple steps as follow:

1 - Locate on the list on this page your lot number, on the right column of the table, you will find a PROPERTY # field, copy those numbers in RED that correspond to your lot number, you will need it for the National Registry site

2 - Go to the National Registry site by clicking HERE

3 - On the new window of the National Registry site, click on the left menu for "Bienes Inmuebles" and then on the new options "Por Número de Finca o Concesión"

4- A new window will show up asking you for some information, there are 3 fields that got to be filled in, first one, on "Provincia" choose Puntarenas from the drop down list, second one, "Número de Finca", on that field you will need to input the numbers you copy that were in red to identify your property, and the third one and final field, the confirmation box under the random letters to verify that you are a real user of the system, the letters look like this, just input your confirmation code on the field below the letters and press the "CONSULTAR" button, that's it, just wait for the information of your property title ownership directly from the National Registry of Costa Rica, please be patience it can take a while.
