CORELCA is a company with ample experience in the design and infrastructure related to projects such as Columbus Heights; committed to comply with the contractual obligations in three scopes which are: topographic, land work and infrastructure.
Coastal Property Management has signed a contract with CORELCA S.A. which will be providing construction services. This contract will prevail by the Costa Rican Legislation.
CORELCA is a company with ample experience in the design and infrastructure related to projects such as Columbus Heights; committed to comply with the contractual obligations in three scopes which are: topographic, land work and infrastructure.
This contract has a validation of six months starting at the moment that all the necessary construction permits are released. Some of the work can begin without the permits at the time this contract was signed (Feb 7, 2006). CORELCA will provide Costal Property Management with a chronological schedule of all the work in progress.
The design and dimensions of the construction will be approved by the board of directors of Coastal Property Management. CORELCA will provide: lot segregation, required topography, the official registered survey, road pavement, road infrastructure, water and electricity.
There will be a work plan showing all the detailed information of the project. CORELCA will assign 3 top engineers to be at the command of the construction and CPM will assign an inspector to review the progress every Thursday.
