Wellington Asset Management is very excited and proud to announce that they have received Setena Approval for the Environmental Viability Permit. This approval is believed to be the hardest to obtain from Setena and this is postive news in the fact it will speed up the construction process and help Wellington with their construction time table. To put it into perspective, the founder of Aol's $800million project in Costa Rica is still waiting to this obtain this approval. Exciting News: We have received the initial permits for the grand entrance to our Vista Pacifica Heights Development, also permits for potable water supply, access roads from the main highway, soil study approval, among others, .
