Download the 3 documents needed to open an account by clicking HERE! (a total of 17 pages) Contains Purchase and Sale Agreement, Escrow Instructions and Special Power of Attorney, after that just follow the instructions below:
1.- Purchase and Sale Agreement ( SPA ) duly executed, with his/her initials on each page and signature on the last page. Please remember that this must include the specific number of the lot(s) that they are interested in acquiring, based on the survey included in the brochure.
2.- Escrow Instructions and Application duly executed, with his/her initials on each page and signature on the last page. Stewart Title Wire Instructions HERE
3.- Special Power of Attorney in favor of Facio Abogados for the law firm to be able to sign the BUYER closing statement at the time each disbursement of the funds being held in Escrow is required, duly executed, with his/her initials on each page and signature on the last page.
4.- Photocopy of their passport or photo id if they do not have one.
Funds can start being sent directly to Stewart Title Costa Rica Escrow Account as early as today with all of the above documents duly executed and sent to our office. As soon as your funds have been sent, you the purchaser must also fax to our office the Wire Transfer Confirmation for Stewart Title-s referral and credit of the funds to a specific individual client account that will be provided by Stewart title upon receipt of the executed documents and wire confirmation.
